Question: Do any of those pills,patches or pumps work in gaining size or girth?

The only thing that may work to increase size would be a pump. However pumps have been proven to provide only short-term growth. Even users who have had pumps since they came out in the 60s and 70s report that they have not had permanent gains, and still have to use the devices regularily. Pills and patches mayb increase blood flow but are also shown to not provide any lasting growth. The only two things that work for permanent penis enlargement are A) Surgery and B) Penis Traction devices.
