Question: I`m 42 yrs and have found two very small raised like moles on the very tip of my foreskin.only noticed a few wks ago and have no pain or any kind of ailment from the discovery.Do you have any idea what they may beAnswer:
Hard to know what this tissue change is without seeing it. You should see a urologist as it may be a venereal wart, a simple skin tag or maybe a natural skin irregularity which is of no risk.
